Assist the HR Manager in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless integration of new hires.
Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality and data privacy compliance.
Support HR policy implementation across departments.
Organize employee engagement activities and address initial employee queries.
Support HR projects such as training & development and performance management initiatives.
Draft HR policies and monitor attendance, leave records, and other HR data for accurate payroll processing.
Assist in the administration and execution of HR procedures and systems.
