Support recruitment and basic HR operations at the Roorkee location
Handle resume screening, interview coordination, and attendance management

Key Responsibilities:
Screen resumes as per job requirements and shortlist candidates
Coordinate telephonic screenings and schedule interviews
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Follow up with candidates for interview availability and feedback
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Maintain and monitor daily attendance records (biometric/manual)
Track leave records, weekly offs, and holidays
Coordinate with site/department heads for attendance regularization
Support basic HR documentation and employee record maintenance
Assist in onboarding formalities for new joiners
Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Good verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working with MS Excel and email
Willingness to learn and handle routine HR tasks
Ability to follow timelines and instructions
