Maintain
attendance, leave records, and payroll-related coordination

Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Assist management with HR reports and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Basic knowledge of
HR policies, recruitment processes, and labor practices
.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
