About the Role: We are looking for a motivated HR Executive with 0-2 years of experience (or a strong interest) in Human Resources to join our on-site team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the core HR functions -- from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and policy implementation. It's a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals eager to build a strong foundation in HR operations and people management. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth employee induction experience.

Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Coordinate and participate in employee engagement and team-building activities.

Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and reports.

Support performance management and appraisal processes as needed.

Conduct basic research on HR trends, tools, and best practices.

Provide day-to-day support to the HR team in administrative and operational tasks. Required Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

0-2 years of experience or internship in HR or related domains (freshers are welcome).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and HR management systems is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
