Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies.
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Performance Management
Assist with performance appraisal processes.
Support managers with goal setting and performance improvement plans.
Maintain performance documentation and records.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Organize workshops, seminars, and internal training sessions.
Track training participation and outcomes.
HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, & regulations
Support audits and prepare HR reports as required
Policy Development
Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
Communicate policies clearly to employees and management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred)
