Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through various channels.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and ensure completion of joining formalities.
Manage employee onboarding and induction process.
2. Attendance & Payroll Support
Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Coordinate with the payroll team for timely salary processing.
Ensure accurate updating of attendance systems.
3. Employee Relations
Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
Maintain a positive workplace environment.
Support employee engagement activities and events.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases.
Ensure adherence to company policies and labour laws.
Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) as required.
5. Performance Management
Assist in confirmation reviews and appraisal processes.
Coordinate with managers to collect performance data and feedback.
6. HR Operations
Draft HR letters (salary slips, NOC, experience letters, warning letters, etc.).
Support policy creation and implementation.
Manage exit formalities: resignation acceptance, full & final, and exit interviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and HRMS systems.
Good problem-solving and multitasking ability.
Preferred Skills
Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
Hands-on with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
