Fenton Technologies is a DPIIT-recognized, MSME-certified company working in Water & Wastewater Treatment and Agriculture Power Tools. The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR for both verticals, with a strong focus on recruitment, HR operations, and statutory compliance.

Location: Jaipur - Rajasthan

Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: Director /Founder

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Water & Agriculture verticals)



Manage end-to-end recruitment: JD creation, posting on portals screening, scheduling, coordination with hiring managers.

Hire for roles across factory, field service, sales, accounts, and back-office for both water treatment and agriculture power tools business.

Maintain candidate database, interview trackers, and ensure defined TATs for each open position.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle



Handle joining formalities, offer letters, appointment letters, ID creation, and HRMS/Excel employee master updates.

Maintain employee records (attendance, personal files, contracts, leaves, confirmation, transfers).

Coordinate payroll inputs with Accounts (attendance, overtime, incentives, LOP, resignations).

3. Statutory Compliance & Documentation



Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus and other applicable Labour laws with consultants/CA..

Maintain statutory registers, returns, and documentation required for audits, inspections, and certifications (MSME, ZED, factory-related compliance).

Keep track of changes in HR-related laws and recommend updates in policies and documentation.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture



Plan and execute small engagement activities: birthday/anniversary wishes, festival celebrations, team meetings, awards, and feedback collection.

Support induction and orientation programs for new joiners in both verticals to align them with company values and safety norms.

Act as first point of contact for employee queries and basic grievance handling, escalating sensitive issues appropriately.

5. Performance Management & HR MIS



Coordinate goal-setting, confirmation reviews, and annual appraisal process with HODs and management.

Maintain HR MIS: headcount, attrition, hiring status, leave reports, training records, and share monthly dashboards with management.

Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements across plants, office, and field teams.

Candidate Profile



Qualifications



Graduate / Postgraduate - Preferably MBA/PGDM in HR, IR, or related field.

2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing / plant / engineering / industrial environment.

Exposure to statutory compliance and HR operations in an MSME / SME setup will be an advantage.

Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of basic Labour laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, leaves, wages).

Good understanding of recruitment processes and experience using job portals and social media for hiring.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language (as per location) is an added plus.

High ownership, integrity, ability to handle confidential information, and comfort working closely with management.
