Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Recruitment & Staffing

: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.

Employee Relations

: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, promoting a healthy and positive work environment.

Performance Management

: Oversee employee performance evaluation processes, providing coaching and feedback to managers and staff.

Training & Development

: Identify training needs and coordinate programs that foster professional development and growth.

Compensation & Benefits

: Administer employee benefits programs, salary reviews, and incentives while ensuring alignment with company policies.

Compliance

: Ensure the company adheres to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.

Employee Engagement

: Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives that enhance morale and retention.

Reporting & Data Management

: Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports on HR metrics, and analyze trends to improve HR strategies.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
