We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Employee Relations:
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by implementing engagement activities.
HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Process payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Performance Management:
Assist in setting up performance evaluation systems.
Support managers in addressing performance concerns and providing feedback.
Compliance & Policy Development:
Ensure the organization complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs for employees.
Promote career development initiatives and succession planning.
HR Analytics:
Generate reports on HR metrics like employee turnover, recruitment effectiveness, and engagement levels.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
