Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive to support our US-based IT operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR functions, and the ability to handle night shift operations as per US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates across time zones.

Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR operations for US employees.

Maintain HR databases and ensure accuracy of employee records.

Support in HR policies implementation, employee engagement activities, and grievance handling.

Assist in payroll coordination and compliance-related activities for the US team.

Communicate effectively through emails, calls, and video meetings with clients and internal teams.

Prepare regular HR reports and updates for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration / Related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (neutral accent preferred).

Strong interpersonal, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of HR operations and recruitment in IT sector preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Comfortable working in US shifts (night shifts).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in IT or BPO HR operations (US process).

Familiarity with ATS tools, job portals, and LinkedIn hiring.

Pay: ₹20,882.61 - ₹31,296.48 per month
