Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including documentation, orientation, and training sessions.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and HR events.
Address employee grievances and provide support to maintain a healthy work environment.
Payroll & Compliance
Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Performance Management
Support the appraisal process, set performance goals, and track employee progress.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
HR Administration
Maintain HR records, employee databases, and documentation.
Assist in policy formulation and ensure smooth HR operations.
