The HR Executive will manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, and compliance. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and supporting organizational growth by fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance.
Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare activities.
Address employee queries and grievances promptly.
Coordinate with management on HR initiatives and workforce planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR operations preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Pay: ₹10,812.50 - ₹30,000.00 per month
