Manage staff discipline, grooming standards, and showroom etiquette.

Train sales staff on product knowledge, customer service, and upselling techniques.
Conduct sessions on safety, security, and handling of jewellery.
Develop grooming and communication skills of staff.

Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labour laws and showroom policies.
Maintain employee records and contracts.
Implement POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and workplace ethics policies.

Employee Engagement & Motivation
Create incentive plans to boost sales staff performance.
Organize team meetings, motivation sessions, or reward programs.
Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture.

Security & Integrity
Educate employees on handling high-value items with care.
Monitor employee conduct to prevent theft or mishandling.
Coordinate with management on CCTV monitoring and security protocols
