Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies across platforms.
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Handle end-to-end onboarding process - offer letters, documentation, induction.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave, and exit formalities.
Support employee grievance redressal and act as the first point of contact.
3. Payroll & Compliance
Collect and verify attendance/leave inputs for payroll.
Coordinate with finance/payroll team for timely salary disbursement.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, etc.).
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
Conduct periodic feedback surveys and share insights with management.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
5. HR Policies & Processes
Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies.
Ensure employees are aware of HR policies, processes, and updates.
Continuously work to improve HR processes for efficiency.
