Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and engagement activities. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, process orientation, and the ability to create a positive work environment aligned with Diwakar Solar's growth and values.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for technical, non-technical, and field roles. Develop talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and industry networking. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.

Employee Handling & Relations

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and compliance documentation. Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

Employee Engagement & Development

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, workshops, and team-building activities. Support performance appraisal processes and assist managers in employee feedback sessions. Foster a positive workplace culture that enhances employee motivation, retention, and productivity.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and employee engagement. Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, people management, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
