The Assistant HR Executive will support the HR department in executing day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting in onboarding, payroll. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Onboarding
Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees, including induction programs.
2. Employee Records & HR Operations
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases.
Support in managing attendance, leave records, and payroll data.
Assist in handling employee queries regarding HR policies, leaves, and payroll.
3. HR Reporting
Prepare HR-related MIS reports and maintain relevant data for analysis.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of HR experience
Basic knowledge of HR functions, and HR software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
