Key Responsibilities
Understanding Requirements
Meet with hiring managers or clients to understand job descriptions, skill sets, and timelines.
Translate technical requirements into clear recruiting strategies.
Sourcing Candidates
Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
Run Boolean searches and leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Screening & Shortlisting
Evaluate resumes for technical skills and relevant experience.
Conduct phone or video interviews to assess technical and communication abilities.
Interview Coordination
Schedule technical and HR interviews.
Ensure feedback loop between candidate and hiring team.
Offer Management
Negotiate salary packages.
Manage candidate expectations and ensure smooth onboarding.
Required Skills
Technical Understanding
Basic knowledge of programming languages, cloud platforms, databases, etc., to screen candidates effectively.
Recruitment Tools
ATS platforms (e.g., Humanbit, Taleo, Workday), sourcing tools, and Excel.
Communication Skills
Clear and persuasive communication with both candidates and stakeholders.
Negotiation Skills
Balancing candidate expectations and company budget.
Time Management
Managing multiple open positions with tight deadlines.
