About the Role



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Executive

to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the organization in building a productive, engaged, and motivated workforce. The HR Executive will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR process implementation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection). Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs. Organize onboarding and induction programs for new hires. Maintain and update job descriptions across departments.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement



Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events. Support initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

3. HR Operations & Administration



Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, personal files). Support payroll processing by providing accurate data (attendance, leave, overtime, etc.). Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies. Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, etc.).

4. Compliance & Policy Implementation



Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Support audits and HR compliance reporting. Implement HR policies and ensure employees adhere to them.

5. Performance Management & Training



Support in the execution of performance appraisal systems. Identify training needs in coordination with managers. Organize and track employee learning & development programs.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR operations/recruitment. Freshers with strong HR knowledge and internship experience may also be considered.
