Key Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment process including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system
Provide support with benefits administration and employee inquiries
Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
Handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism
