We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive with knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handling payroll, performance reviews, and grievance management.
Supporting training and development programs tailored to the e-commerce sector.
Maintaining HR records and generating regular reports.
Cordinating with HR Team for joining formalities.
Interviews line-up.
Requirements:
NEED TO TRAVEL ACCORDING TO REQUIREMENTS.
Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the e-commerce industry. Strong understanding of industry-specific trends and workforce requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.Job Type: Full-time
