Job Description

1. Draft JDs and hiring plans in coordination with department heads.

2. Source candidates for technical, labor, and office roles.

3. Track and monitor attendance (biometric/manual registers).

4. Prepare salary sheets, overtime, deductions, and incentives.

5. Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, labor laws, and the Shop Act.

6. Maintain employee records, contracts, ID cards, and registers.

7. Create HR policies and implement them amongst employees.

8. Run quarterly performance evaluations.

9. Maintaining reports and documentation

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred for HR Manager role) 2-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing setup Strong knowledge of labor laws (PF, ESI, minimum wages, etc.) Experience with attendance software, payroll systems (Excel or Tally), and biometric systems Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi + basic English required) Hands-on, practical mindset with a willingness to work on the ground Takes initiative and works independently without needing daily supervision Ability to work with blue-collar workers and build trust across teams

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
