Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

HR Head

to oversee all human resources operations and ensure alignment with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the

jewellery or luxury retail

sector and be responsible for recruitment, training, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for showroom and back-office staff. Handle manpower planning for retail showrooms, manufacturing units, and head office. Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll processing with coordination from accounts. Design and implement performance management and appraisal systems. Ensure smooth handling of employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, etc.). Conduct training & development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Support change management and drive employee engagement initiatives. Coordinate with showroom managers for HR-related issues and support. Monitor and improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred. Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in jewellery, retail, or manufacturing industries. Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
