About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, sharp, no-fluff HR Executive who's ready to build people systems for a growing hospitality brand. This isn't a desk job--it's a field role for someone who wants to be in the game, not just in spreadsheets.
You'll be the backbone of hiring, onboarding, staff retention, discipline, and team culture for
2 outlets (and counting).
Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Onboarding
Coordinate job postings, walk-ins, and agency partnerships
Screen and shortlist candidates with Ops Head
Own the onboarding checklist (uniform, ID, documents, training start)
Schedule and track 3-day / 7-day / 30-day performance check-ins
HR Systems & Documentation
Maintain all staff records (contracts, ID proof, PF/ESIC, leaves)
Log absenteeism, leaves, shift swaps
Prepare weekly headcount reports for payroll
Keep training + KRA files updated and tracked
Performance & Discipline
Conduct monthly feedback sessions with captains & managers
Highlight underperformers with factual logs
Support terminations with proper documentation
Mediate staff issues before they hit the founder's plate
Culture & Retention
Celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, and wins
Recommend incentives and morale-boost ideas
Roll out code of conduct and SOP reinforcement without drama
Push staff to show up, step up, and level up
You're a Fit If You:
Have 1-3 years of HR experience, ideally in
F&B / retail / hospitality
Thrive in high-energy environments
Speak fluent Hindi + basic English
Know how to get work done without asking twice
Want to grow into an HR Manager role as we expand
