Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment: sourcing, screening, and hiring staff
Post job openings on online portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave registers
Handle payroll and incentive calculations
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Support in staff training, discipline, and performance tracking
Maintain a healthy and motivating work environment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
1-3 years of HR experience (hospitality sector preferred)
Knowledge of online job portals and hiring platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
