Key Responsibilities1. Team Management
Manage and supervise a team of recruiters/telecallers.
Assign daily/weekly targets and individual responsibilities.
Conduct regular team meetings, follow-ups, and performance reviews.
Motivate the team to achieve hiring and closure targets.
2. Work Allocation & Lead Management
Add new leads into the system/sheets and distribute them to recruiters.
Ensure fair and effective allocation of calling and hiring tasks.
Monitor lead utilization, follow-ups, and conversion status.
3. Closure & Performance Ownership
Take full responsibility for interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and offer closures.
Track the entire recruitment funnel: calls ? interviews ? selection ? joining.
Ensure timely closures as per company requirements.
4. Time & Productivity Management
Track daily call activity, interviews, and recruiter output.
Ensure recruiters are working productively during office hours.
Maintain attendance, daily reports, and work discipline.
5. Process & Reporting
Maintain proper records of calls, candidates, clients, and closures.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Improve recruitment processes to increase speed and success rate.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
recruitment/team handling

Good understanding of the end-to-end hiring process.
Ability to work with targets, pressure, and deadlines.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Good command over Google Sheets / Excel / ATS or CRM tools.
