As ScienceWithShobha expanded -- teaching multiple subjects, supporting children with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, OCD, helping kids with weak basics rebuild confidence, and guiding high-performers to crack competitive exams -- we hit a wall.

Not because we lacked vision. But because we lacked systems.

The quality we promise families depends entirely on the structure we build for our teachers. And that structure? It needs someone to own it.

That's why we're hiring an HR Executive / Project Coordinator (Remote).

This isn't a back-office role. This is the role that holds everything together -- tracking attendance, ensuring classes start on time, maintaining clean records, supporting teacher hiring and onboarding, and making sure growth doesn't turn into chaos.

We need someone who can put their energy into making this vision grow. Someone early in their career who wants ownership, learning, and the chance to build something that matters.

Let's be honest about salary

We're a startup. The monthly salary is ?10,000-?20,000 based on experience. What we offer instead: real responsibility, deep learning, stability, and a front-row seat to mission-driven growth.

Night shift: 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM IST
