Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Freelance HR Recruiters who can support us with end-to-end hiring for healthcare and corporate roles on a freelance, performance-based model.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
Ensure timely closures for assigned positions
Maintain basic candidate tracking and follow-ups
Meet hiring targets within defined timelines
Desired Profile
Experience in recruitment / HR hiring(healthcare hiring preferred)
Strong sourcing and communication skills
Self-driven and result-oriented
Ability to work independently on a freelance basis
Compensation
Rs. 5,000/-on Recruitment (Rs. 3,000/- on joining and Rs. 2,000/- on retention for 1month)
