About the Role

ZB Digital is hiring a part-time, remote HR Executive to support our growing team. This role is suited for an HR professional who has experience working with startups or agencies and can independently manage recruitment and core HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to deliver results within limited working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Hiring

Handle end-to-end recruitment for marketing, creative, and operations roles Create job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage hiring trackers Manage onboarding documentation and joining formalities

HR Operations

Maintain employee records, contracts, and offer letters Support attendance, leave management, and HR documentation Assist in managing HR tools such as Zoho People or similar HRMS

Employee Coordination and Support

Act as a point of contact for HR-related communication Support basic employee engagement and coordination initiatives Assist leadership with people-related processes and updates

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in HR (startup or agency experience preferred) Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations Ability to work independently in a remote setup Familiarity with HR tools (Zoho People, ATS, Google Workspace) Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience hiring for digital marketing or creative agencies Experience setting up HR processes and SOPs Experience working with remote or distributed teams
