Role Overview
We are looking for a
remote HR Executive
who can
own the end-to-end hiring and people management process
for creative roles.
This role is execution-heavy and communication-driven, ideal for someone who can handle calls, coordinate with candidates, and manage freelancers/employees smoothly in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for creative roles (Content Writers, Strategists, Video Editors, Graphic Designers).
Conduct initial HR calls to explain DigiTea, role expectations, and understand candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews with internal teams and follow up with candidates.
Manage onboarding formalities, documentation, and KYC collection.
Maintain candidate and team databases (Google Sheets / ATS).
Act as the point of contact for freelancers and team members for HR-related communication.
Support hiring for multiple roles simultaneously across India (remote).
Ensure smooth communication between talent and internal teams.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment (agency/startup experience preferred).
Strong calling and communication skills (English + Hindi).
Comfortable hiring creative professionals and freelancers.
Organized, responsive, and process-driven.
Ability to work remotely with accountability and discipline.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Forms, WhatsApp, and email coordination.
