As an HR Recruiter at Compliance Mentorz, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates across various departments, ensuring we bring in the best talent to drive our company's success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of success in recruitment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social platforms, professional networks) Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes Prepare and present shortlists of candidates to hiring managers Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
