Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Executive to join our organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our human capital management strategies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This position offers an opportunity to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. The HR Executive will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and drive continuous process improvement across all HR functions.

Duties



Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent using various ATS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and Taleo. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting employee evaluations, and facilitating effective communication across teams. Oversee compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, Workers' Compensation policies, and other legal requirements. Develop and implement HR policies related to benefits administration, employee orientation, succession planning, and performance management. Administer payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, Kronos, UltiPro, and Dayforce to ensure accurate compensation processing. Design organization structures and support change management initiatives to optimize organizational efficiency. Facilitate training & development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and leadership capabilities. Conduct data analysis for HR metrics using HRIS systems like Ceridian or PeopleSoft to inform strategic planning. Manage HR sourcing activities to attract diverse talent pools and support workforce planning efforts. Lead initiatives in human resources management including employee evaluation processes, benefits administration, and HR program management.

Skills



Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and Workers' Compensation procedures. Proven experience in talent acquisition, succession planning, and talent management strategies. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for effective employee relations and conflict resolution. Supervising experience with the ability to lead HR teams or manage cross-functional projects. Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Ceridian, UltiPro, Paychex, Paylocity, Kronos; along with data collection and analysis skills. Expertise in organizational design and process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Ability to develop strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals through effective program management and presentation skills. Familiarity with contract management and benefits administration processes. Strong understanding of human capital management principles including employee engagement strategies and performance management systems like UltiPro or Taleo. Experience working with senior leadership on HR strategy development and implementation of change management initiatives. Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
