Job Description

Yuva Nexus Technologies LLP is a fast-growing digital-first company operating across multiple verticals, including Digital Marketing (DigiBlast), SaaS platforms, Local Service Brands, content and media, and Tech Products. We work with clients across India and globally while building our own scalable digital products.

We are looking for a

proactive, execution-focused HR professional

who can help us build strong teams, systems, and culture while supporting rapid business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Hiring



End-to-end recruitment for roles like: Digital Marketing Executives SEO Specialists Content Writers Graphic Designers & Video Editors Developers (WordPress, React, Node, etc.) Sales & Business Development Executives Interns & Freelancers Create job descriptions and post openings on platforms like Indeed, Internshala, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, etc. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate technical rounds Manage hiring timelines and close positions efficiently

Employee Onboarding & HR Operations



Smooth onboarding for new hires (documentation, policies, orientation) Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data Draft offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, HR policies Coordinate probation confirmations and exit formalities

Internship & Freelancers Management



Manage intern hiring, onboarding, performance tracking Handle freelancer contracts, payouts, and coordination Build a strong intern-to-employee pipeline

Performance & Culture



Implement basic performance tracking systems Coordinate appraisals, feedback, and improvement plans Help build a positive, growth-oriented startup culture Address employee concerns and maintain workplace harmony

Compliance & Documentation



Ensure HR compliance as per Indian labor laws (basic level) Maintain records related to payroll, leaves, holidays, and working hours Coordinate with CA/payroll partners when required

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field 1-2 years of experience in HR (Startup, IT, Digital Agency preferred) Strong hiring and communication skills Good understanding of HR processes and documentation Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Ability to handle multiple roles and teams simultaneously Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Experience using hiring portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala)

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)



Experience hiring digital marketing or tech roles Knowledge of HR tools, ATS, or payroll software Experience managing interns or remote teams Startup / agency background
