About Us:


We specialize in eLearning content development, instructional design, alt-text writing, accessibility testing, software development, and web/mobile application development.

Responsibilities:



End-to-end recruitment for eLearning roles (Instructional Designers, SMEs, Content Writers, Alt-Text Writers, Accessibility Testers). Hire technical talent (Developers, QA Engineers, Designers, Project Managers). Create job descriptions, post jobs, screen resumes, take HR interviews. Coordinate technical interviews with team leads. Onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, policies, and compliance management. Handle leave management, employee grievances, and appraisal processes. Plan employee engagement activities and maintain company culture. Maintain strict confidentiality and support project-based hiring.

Requirements:



0-2 years of HR experience in eLearning/EdTech or IT/Software companies. Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala). Basic understanding of Instructional Design, accessibility, and technical skills to filter candidates. Excellent written & verbal communication. Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring pipelines. Freshers can apply. Candidates with 1-2 years of HR experience in eLearning/EdTech or IT/Software companies are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,500.84 - ₹15,111.92 per month
