We're a growing online education platform providing personalized one-on-one tutoring to students worldwide. We're looking for a dedicated HR Manager to join our team and help us build a strong teaching community.
What You'll Do
Recruitment:
Source, screen, and hire qualified teachers for Math, Science, English, and IELTS
Onboarding:
Conduct orientation sessions and train new teachers on our platform and tools
Teacher Management:
Maintain teacher records, track performance, and ensure quality standards
Scheduling:
Coordinate class schedules between teachers and students across different time zones
Communication:
Handle teacher queries, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive relationships
Performance Monitoring:
Track teacher attendance, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback
Administrative Tasks:
Manage contracts, documentation, and HR policies
What We Need
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
2-3 years in HR, preferably in education or online platforms (Freshers with strong skills may apply)
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
Experience with recruitment platforms and social media hiring
Language:
Fluent in English and Hindi

Days:
Monday to Saturday
Hours:
Flexible (with availability during peak hiring/onboarding times)
