Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Digital roles
Shortlist candidates from job portals, LinkedIn & internal databases
Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews
Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires
Maintain employee records & HR databases
Monitor attendance, leave management, and basic HR operations
Assist in employee engagement activities
Coordinate with management for hiring needs and HR planning
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in HR (IT hiring preferred)
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of recruitment cycle
Ability to handle multiple hiring positions at once
Knowledge of Excel, HR tools & job portals
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
