Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage core HR operations at Quilr India. This is a role with broad exposure across recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and performance support. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who wants end-to-end HR exposure in a fast-paced startup.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts Onboarding & Lifecycle: background verification (BGV), induction, insurance coordination, maintaining employee records HR Operations: policy implementation, compliance basics, leave & attendance support, HR documentation Performance & Engagement: assist in performance management tracking, employee surveys, and engagement activities Exit Formalities: clearance, documentation, exit interviews, and coordination with finance for F&F
Requirements

MBA/PGDM HR, BBA HR, or equivalent Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years' experience in HR are welcome Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfort working in a remote-first, startup environment
