Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive (preferably women) with 1-2 years of experience to join our team on a part-time basis. The primary responsibility is to extract placement opportunities for students and establish collaborations with companies, helping students access the best career pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify placement opportunities for students in various industries.

Reach out to companies and organizations to establish collaborations and placement partnerships.

Maintain a database of student profiles and match them with relevant opportunities.

Coordinate with students and companies to facilitate placement drives or internships.

Regularly report on placement progress and company collaborations to the management.

Act as the bridge between students and companies, ensuring smooth communication.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years in HR, campus placements, or recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong research and networking abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.

Women candidates are preferred.
