: We are hiring a
Human Resources Executive
to manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR compliance, and engagement initiatives. You'll play a key role in maintaining a structured, compliant, and people-first HR framework for a remote, cross-border team.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates across roles: voice support, medical billing, tech, and admin
Conduct interviews, manage offer process, and onboard new hires
Draft and maintain employee documentation and HR records
Handle PF, ESIC, and Indian labor law compliance
Support remote employee engagement and performance tracking
Coordinate with U.S. leadership and ensure timely updates on HR operations
Requirements:
2-4 years of hands-on experience in generalist HR roles
Prior experience supporting international (especially U.S.) teams preferred
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, PF, ESIC, and compliance workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong coordination and follow-up abilities
