TechImmortals is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic
Junior HR Executive
to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of hands-on experience in core HR functions and will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates
Assist with onboarding and documentation of new hires
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
Coordinate leave records, attendance, and payroll data
Address and resolve employee queries professionally
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
6 to 12 months of experience in HR operations or recruitment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with HR tools and platforms is a plus
