Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation programs.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Support payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
Assist in performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Organize HR events, meetings, and welfare initiatives.
