Job Description


Designation: HR Executive Shift Hours: General ( 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM IST) Working Model: We are offering Permanent Work from Home opportunity considering COVID situation throughout the year.
Roles and Responsibilities :


  • Manage end to end recruitment, HR operations and Employee relations across the entire employee life cycle.
  • Understand the internal stakeholder requirement.
  • Responsible for creating job descriptions and source candidates from job portals to attract best talent.
  • Responsible for closing open positions as per TAT
  • Be accountable for full compliance of all employee relations requirements, in areas such as terminations, offers, performance management processes etc.
  • Responsible for planning and execution of all Employee Engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and perform analysis of the same to identify issues/patterns and work towards resolving them.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates, Attrition Analysis
  • Maintenance of the HR Information Systems (ZOHO) and is not limited to monitoring, updating employee data, compensation data, manager hierarchy, and annual leave/absenteeism.
  • Prepare and share all HR related correspondence, including and not limited to offer letter, appraisal letter and promotion letters in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaison between management and employees by meeting employees on a regular basis, to resolve and manage their questions, concerns and issues.
  • Actively involved in on-boarding activities: Joining formalities, Conducting HR Induction.
  • Assist in Payroll Processing, Attendance, Leave records of employees.
  • Create a Heads-Up Plan and drive workable actions with management

Educational Qualifications

  • College degree in (B.Com, M.Com) or MBA Finance

Required Skills:
  • 2+ years of qualitative experience in end to end recruitment and HR operational tasks.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and fluid situations with a result driven approach
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
  • Highly analytical and process-oriented; excellent at problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Proficiency in G Suites/Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRM systems
  • Working Experience of Sourcing tools like Naukri.com,
  • Linkedln, Indeed and ATS & HRIS Tools (Zoho Recruit and Zoho People) is desirable
