Role Overview
As an
HR Executive - Recruitment
, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for creative, technical, and operational roles. You will work closely with department heads to understand talent needs and ensure a smooth, engaging candidate experience while supporting core HR operations.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles such as photographers, video-editors, cinematographers, creative directors, content writers, graphic designers, social media managers, and support staff
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and creative networks
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
HR Operations Support
Assist with onboarding and induction of new hires
Maintain employee records and recruitment data
Support performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure HR policies and processes are followed
Assist in employer branding initiatives and LinkedIn hiring campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in media, advertising, creative, or agency environments
Strong understanding of creative and production roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals
Strong judgment, confidentiality, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience hiring freelancers and contract-based talent
Familiarity with production schedules and project-based hiring
Exposure to HR generalist responsibilities beyond recruitment
