Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals, LinkedIn, and social platforms.
Coordinate with department heads (BDM, Digital Marketing, Developers, Sales, etc.) to understand hiring needs.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates.
Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation.
Assist HR team in employee engagement and retention activities.
Ensure smooth hiring processes aligned with company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (IT/Digital Marketing industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple hiring needs.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
