The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the organization's human resources functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle employee queries efficiently while ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in payroll processing and leave/attendance management.
Support training & development initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Handle employee grievances and provide necessary support.
Prepare HR-related reports and MIS for management.
Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning and HR requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR operations/executive role.
Knowledge of
HR policies, statutory compliances, and recruitment practices
.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ERP systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
