Understand job requirements from hiring managers and close positions within timelines
Source candidates through:
Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Social media and referrals
Internal databases
Screen resumes, conduct
initial HR interviews
, and shortlist candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with technical / sales interview panels
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
Ensure proper
follow-ups
with candidates until joining
HR Operations Support
Assist in
offer rollout
, negotiation, and documentation
Coordinate onboarding and induction formalities
Maintain employee records and recruitment MIS
Support basic HR activities like attendance coordination and employee engagement (if required)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
IT and/or Sales recruitment
Good understanding of:
IT roles (developers, designers, digital marketers, testers, etc.)
Sales roles (inside sales, business development, field sales, telecallers, etc.)
Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
Ability to work independently and close positions
Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
Preferred Skills
Experience in consultancy or corporate recruitment
Knowledge of Hyderabad IT & Sales hiring market
Familiarity with ATS or Excel-based tracking
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Education
Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
