The HR Executive will build and maintain the people foundation of Lantrn. From hiring the right talent to nurturing culture, this role ensures that Lantrn stays a high-energy, motivated, and high-performance workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment
: job postings, shortlisting, scheduling, and onboarding.
Handle HR operations: employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Conduct inductions, training coordination, and performance tracking.
Organize team engagement activities to maintain a positive work culture.
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and queries.
Requirements:
2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a creative/marketing setup.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to balance professionalism with a people-first mindset.
Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and payroll basics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
