Role Objective

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive with a core focus on

Talent Acquisition

. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while leveraging modern HR tools and campus networking to build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing:

Proactively source high-quality candidates through

LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed,

and other social media channels.

Campus Hiring:

Plan and execute campus recruitment drives; build and maintain strong relationships with placement cells of target colleges.

Tools Management:

Maintain and update the

Zoho Recruit

ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure a streamlined hiring process and accurate data reporting.

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage job postings, resume screening, initial HR interviews, and coordination with hiring managers for technical rounds.

Stakeholder Management:

Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and define job descriptions.

Onboarding:

Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners, ensuring all documentation and inductions are completed.

Requirements & Skills

Experience:

3 to 5 years of solid experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

Education:

MBA in HR or a related degree.

Tech-Savvy:

Expert-level proficiency in

Zoho Recruit

,

LinkedIn

, and major job portals.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written English.

Fluency in Hindi

is a strong advantage for coordinating with diverse teams and campus stakeholders.

Soft Skills:

Strong negotiation skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a results-driven mindset.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
