Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Recruiter / HR Executive - Recruitment
to manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding for teaching and non-teaching staff. The role involves recruitment planning, interview coordination, offer management, employee lifecycle support, and HR documentation, while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and best HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
Plan and execute recruitment as per approved manpower requirements and budgets.
Coordinate with department heads to finalize job descriptions and hiring needs.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and institutional networks.
Screen CVs, conduct preliminary interviews, and manage candidate databases.
Maintain active collaboration with universities and academic institutions for talent sourcing.
Interview Coordination & Selection
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal and external panel members.
Prepare interview schedules, evaluation sheets, and collect panel feedback.
Communicate selection and rejection outcomes to candidates in a timely manner.
Offer Management & Onboarding
Assist in salary structuring, negotiations, and preparation of salary comparison reports.
Issue offer letters, appointment orders, and onboarding communications.
Coordinate joining formalities, document verification, ERP updates, and employee ID creation.
Support induction and orientation programs for new hires.
Employee Lifecycle & HR Documentation
Maintain personal files, recruitment records, and employee databases.
Track probation, confirmations, internal transfers, and promotions.
Prepare HR reports, recruitment analysis, and management presentations.
Compliance & Coordination
Support POSH documentation, grievance handling, and institutional compliance.
Coordinate with payroll, IT, and administration teams for smooth HR operations.
Eligibility & Skills
Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
4-6 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations (academic institution experience preferred).
Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR documentation
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/ERP
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
