Job Roles and Responsibility



Masters degree in MBA (MHRM) with relevant work experience required. Minimum 3 years proven track record in successful recruiting talent people as a HR Manager Assist in the recruitment process by identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates Conduct on boarding sessions for new employees to familiarize them with company policies and culture Handle employee relations matters, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with employees and other team members To handle all payroll ensure timely remittance of statutory payments, timely filling of EPF monthly contribution. Proficient in using MS Office Suite for HR documentation and reporting Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Possess attention to detail in all HR-related activities Knowledge in PF & ESI, Payroll management etc.
