We are looking for an HR Executive to support our recruitment operations. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 year of experience in recruitment, but freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are also welcome.

The selected candidate will be trained in end?to?end recruitment processes and will get exposure to hiring across multiple sectors, including IT, Non?IT, and Gulf-based roles.

Who Can Apply

Any graduate (any stream)

0-1 year experience in HR or Recruitment

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply

Must have good Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) knowledge

Candidates living in or near Thane preferred

Immediate joiners preferred

What You Will Do

Handle job postings & coordinate interviews

Maintain recruitment data and daily trackers in MS Excel

Communicate with candidates professionally via phone & email

Support senior recruiters in closing IT & Non?IT positions

Learn and grow in full-cycle recruitment
